A valid ID with proof of address in the Bow Valley is required at the time of booking

Credit Card is required to hold your spot for services

Bookings per person are limited to once every 3 months to allow others to take advantage of the deal

Bookings can not be made the same day as the event

Booking for Locals Monday can not be made on the booking app, you must walk in to book.

Bookings made on another date can not be cancelled and rescheduled for the Locals Monday

Locals Monday is only for Esthetics. Tanning and Massage will not be available.

Entry to the spa on Locals Monday are limited to those who have an appointment, additional people will not be allowed inside

Offer is limited to eligible services, you may book services not available for Locals Monday but you will be required to pay the full price of said service

10% Locals Discount is available Tuesday - Saturday and can not be used on Locals Monday

Cancellation Policy & No Show Policy is still enforced for Locals Monday

Side by Side services can be booked on Locals Monday as long as you are both locals

The doors are locked and will be opened for you 5 minutes before your appointment

Clients later than 10 minutes will have their appointment cancelled as we are booked back to back for the event and can not accommodate late starts
